Babara Byers Drumm

Barbara Byers Drumm, 84, of Mount Holly, died Thursday, August 2, 2018 at Cardinal Care in Lincolnton.   She was born in Lincoln County, daughter of the late Idella Leonard and Julius Tate Byers. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Charles Glenn Drumm, and a son Charles Glenn Drumm, Jr.  Barbara, along with her late husband Charlie, were long time members of Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, Mt. Holly.  Those left to cherish her memory include her son Carroll Drumm; grandsons Jerry Drumm and his wife Carmen, and Steven Drumm; great-grandsons Adam and Blake Drumm; great-great granddaughter Arianna Drumm; a sister Phyllis Byers Hovis; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.  A service to celebrate her life will be held 3:30 p.m. Sunday, August 5 in the chapel of Woodlawn Funeral Home, Mt. Holly.  The family will greet guests for one hour prior to the service, also at the funeral home.
