Carol Rainwater McClintock

Carol Rainwater McClintock, 67, of Stanley, died Sunday March 4, 2018 at Novant Health Huntersville Medical Center.  She was born in Cheraw, SC to the late William R."Shug" and Susanna Wilkes Rainwater.   Carol is survived by her son Will McClintock and her special companion Larry Dellinger.  A service to celebrate Carol's life will be held 2:00 pm Wednesday, March 7 at Hills Chapel United Methodist Church, 988 N Carolina 16 Highway in Stanley.  Burial will follow the service in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 2 prior to the service, also at the church.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hills Chapel UMC Building Fund.
