Eunice Martha (Dilling) Ambruster

Eunice Martha Dilling Ambruster, 92, of Charlotte, died Thursday, August 23 at Stanley Total Living Center.  She was born in Gaston County, daughter of the late Lula Mae Price and Earl Ray Dilling.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Larner Ambruster, two brothers Watson and David Dilling, and a sister Dot Dilling Ellis.  Those left to cherish her memory include her nephews Eugene Dilling and his wife Teresa, Ken Dilling, Scott Dilling and his wife Sabrina, and a niece Stephanie Casto and her husband Paul.  A service to celebrate her life will be held 12 noon Monday, August 27 in the chapel of Woodlawn Funeral Home, Mt. Holly.  The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service, also at the funeral home.  Online condolences may be left at www.woodlawnfuneral.org.
