Frances Broome Obituary

Frances Jolynn Anthony Broome, 80 passed away on January 21, 2019.  She was born in Fannin County, Georgia daughter of the late John and Hazel Anthony.  She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Curtis Broome, Jr., a daughter Sheri Broome, and three brothers Bud, Jerry, and Tom Anthony. Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter Tammy Barnes; a sister, Eunice Collins; granddaughter, Gina Cannon (Kavin); two grandsons, Doug Warren (Mandy), and John Warren (Jessica); great-grandchildren, Samantha Jones (Stuart), Marty Jones, Alexis, Curtis, Easton, Madison and John Michael Warren; as well as a great-great-grandson, Grayson Helms. A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Broome will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, January 25 in the Chapel of Woodlawn Funeral Home, Mount Holly.  The family will greet guests beginning one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  Online condolence messages may be sent to www.woodlawnfuneral.com.  Woodlawn Funeral Home of Mount Holly is serving the Broome family.
