Janice Adams Allen

Janice Adams Allen, 87, of Stanley, passed away Friday, December 27, 2019 at Stanley Total Living Center where she lived for 12 years.  She was born in Cherokee County, North Carolina, a daughter of the late Otis G. Adams and Artie Mosteller Adams.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Claude Otis Allen; son Ricky Allen, and her sister Doris Mason.  Those left to cherish her memory include her brothers R.L. Adams and Morris Adams; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.  The family will greet guests Monday, December 30, 2019 from 1:30 until 2:30 p.m at Woodlawn Funeral Home in Mount Holly followed by a graveside service at Hillcrest Gardens Cemetery at 3:00 p.m.  The family would like to thank the staff at Stanley Total Living Center for your care and compassion given to Janice for all of these years.
