Johnny Richard Frady

Johnny R. Frady passed away March 13, 2018.

He was born in Swain County on April 7, 1944, son of the late Pearlie Mae Thomasson and Johnny Shuford Frady.

He was a loving husband to his wife Judy and father and loved Jesus Christ.

Survivors include five children, James Frady and Angela, Lisa Dawkins and Fairly, Misty Anderson and Earl, Dione St. John and Jay, Travis Frady and Elizabeth; stepchildren, Johnny Mosteller and Rebecca, Crystal Hopson and John, Karen Perkins; 11 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

The funeral service, conducted by the Reverend Eric Griffin will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday in the Woodlawn Chapel of Woodlawn Funeral Home in Mount Holly, Interment will follow in Hillcrest Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Friday
