Joyce Black Obituary

Joyce Curtis Black, 57, of Dallas, died Thursday, December 6, 2018 at Testa Family Hospice House in Kings Mountain. She was born in Lincoln County to Charles Curtis and the late Elvy Hart Curtis. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a stepson Chad Black. Those left to cherish her memory include her husband Tracy Black; her children Angela Clemmer, Christy Smith, and stepson Tracy Pruitt; two brothers Jimmy Curtis and Charles Curtis, Jr.; a sister Cathy Osbourne; grandchildren Tristan Clemmer, Luke Holloway, Kaitlyn Smith, and Trinity, Logan, Aiden, and Alaya Pruitt. A service to celebrate her life will be held Sunday, December 16, 2018 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Open Bible Assembly in Dallas on the corner of College and Jenkins Street.
