Judith Ann (Williams) McNeely

Judith Ann Williams McNeely, 76, passed away on Tuesday, December 3, 2019. She was born in Saint Johns, MI, daughter of the late Kenneth Earl Williams, Sr. and Betty Peck Williams. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Nancy Holmes. A long-time resident of Ashe County, NC, she was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church in Fleetwood. She enjoyed volunteering her time for others in the Ashe County area including the Ashe County Community Center, the Carolina Clowns and Special Olympics.

Mrs. McNeely is survived by her daughters, Christy Queen (Greg) and Donna Smith (Kerry); her step-children, Brad McNeely (Emily) and Michael McNeely; her granddaughters, Renee Smith and Hannah Smith; her brothers, Kenneth Williams, Jr. (Pat) and Donald Williams; her uncle, Larry Peck (Joanne); her brother-in-law, Dick Holmes; her nieces, Cheryl Matheny and Leslie Holmes; numerous extended family members; and her dog, Ruskin.

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mrs. McNeely will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, December 22, 2019 at the Woodlawn Chapel of Woodlawn Funeral Home, Mount Holly. The family will receive friends one-half hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
