Marie Fisher Mauldin

Marie Fisher Mauldin, 72 passed away on Friday, June 22, 2018.  She was born in Gaston county to the late James Olen Fisher and Veatrice Eury Fisher.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter Stacy Marie Burns, and a sister Joyce Bradshaw and her husband Gordon.   She was a dedicated homemaker who enjoyed reading, gardening and interior decorating and was the business owner of Body Tan in Mount Holly.  Those left to cherish her memory include her two sons Jeff Wilkinson (Linda) and Chris Wilkinson (Debbie); a brother Jerry Fisher (Linda); two sisters Sandy Little and Shirley Shelton (RJ); eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.  A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at 6:00 pm on Tuesday June 26 at Woodlawn Funeral Home in Mount Holly with Rev. Kevin Tinker officiating.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
