Nell Rose (Parrott) Crocker

Nell Rose Parrott Crocker, 89, passed away on Tuesday, January 8, 2019. She was born in Gaston County, daughter of the late Johnny James Parrott and Mary Etta Haynes Parrott. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Steele Crocker, Sr. and fourteen siblings. Mrs. Crocker was a member of First Baptist Church, Brevard, NC.

She is survived by her sons, Sandy Crocker and Chuck Crocker, and his wife, Carleen; and a number of nieces and nephews.

A graveside service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Crocker will be held at 11:30 am on Friday, January 11, 2019 at Hollywood Cemetery, Gastonia. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church, 94 Gaston Street, Brevard, NC 28712. Condolence messages may be sent to the family by visiting www.woodlawnfuneral.org.
