Norman Alexander McClure Of Alexis, NC, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, September 27, 2018 surrounded by his loving family after a long illness.

He was born in Lincoln County on February 19, 1940 to the late Mace and Bryte McClure.

He was a lifelong member of Mount Zion Baptist Church, a NC State alumnus, who retired from Gaston County Dye after 41 years of dedicated service.
