Randy Tyree Helton

Randy Tyree Helton, 60, passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2019. He was born in Gaston County, son of the late Gary Spargo and Rozelle Kirkland Helton. He was a loving husband, dad and paw-paw.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Stephanie Pope Helton; his children, Jessica Sikes (Justin), Derek Helton (Krystal) and Angel Reagan and her children; his siblings, Rosemary Rivera, Teddy Helton and Don Helton (Vickie); his grandchildren, Ally Bess (Tyler), Sydney Sikes, Madi Sikes, Joseph Helton, Jacob Helton and John Helton; his great-granddaughter, Paisley-Faye Bess; and a number of nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mr. Helton will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, October 17, 2019 at Stanley Pentecostal Holiness Church with Dr. Danny Penny and Pastor Eric Chaney officiating. The family will receive friends at the church on Thursday from 12:30 pm until 1:45 pm.
