Roy Nelson Dennis III

Roy Nelson Dennis III 1966-2018 passed away Friday the 14th of September.  Roy was born in Columbia South Carolina to the late Roy Nelson Dennis, Sr. and Linda Love Bentley.  Roy was a branch manager of BB&T Tennessee Market Regional Acceptance Buying Center.  Roy is survived by his wife Cindi of 24 years; children Tyler Dennis and his wife Ashley; daughter Natalie Dennis; sister Dee Dee Edwards niece Tierney, and niece Lauren Griffin and husband Devon; nephew Gary; loving in laws Wayne and Candace Carlisle; and canine companion Miley.  Roy loved life and his family. He loved to travel, attend concerts, spend time with his wife and kids, listen to music, and was an avid golfer.  A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday the 22nd of September, 2018 at 5:00 pm at  Catawba Heights Baptist Church in Belmont NC 311 Belmont Mt Holly Road Belmont NC, 28012. Pastors Raymond Johns and David McClure will be officiating.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Chronic Pain Association at https://www.theacpa.org/.  Woodlawn Funeral Home is serving the Dennis family.
