Arnold Hall Jr., age 78, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Thursday August 28, 2025 at his home. He was born in Mecklenburg County, son of the late Arnold Hall Sr., and Margie Perkins Hall.
Mr. Hall proudly served his country in the U.S. Army in Korea and later went on to retire from Clariant Corporation after 47 years of dedicated service. He was a man of strong faith and attended Gastonia First Assembly. He found happiness in the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 55 years Margie Hall; his children: Bradley Hall (Heidi), and Micah Hall; grandchildren: Alex Hall (Megan), Preston Woods, Madelin Hall, Sydney Hall, and Maisie Hall, as well as his great grandchild Aspen Hall.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday September 3, 2025 at Woodlawn Funeral Home in Mount Holly. A graveside service to celebrate his life will be held at 2:15 p.m. on Wednesday September 3, 2025 at Hillcrest Gardens Cemetery in Mount Holly with Pastor Dennis Boyce officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the Wounded Warrior Project.
