Billy Clinton Steele, Jr., 42, passed away on Monday, November 22, 2021. Mr. Steele is survived by his father, Billy Clinton Steele; his mother, Marylene Davis Baucom and his step-father, Joe Baucom; his sister, Laura Leigh Costner and her husband, Shane; his aunts, Rebecca Bryant, Seba Ann Steele, Louise Swaim, and Frances Caulfield; his uncles, Lee Roy Steele, Ben Steele, Jr., James Davis, Bobby Davis, and Kenneth Davis; his nieces, Karissa Costner and Kayley Chaney; his nephew, Kylen Costner; and a number of cousins.

A service to celebrate the life of Mr. Steele will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at the Woodlawn Chapel of Woodlawn Funeral Home, Mount Holly. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
