Billy Ray Walker, age 58, passed away on Saturday April 29, 2023 at his home. He was born in Andrew County and was the son of the late Earnie Walker Sr., and Dorothy Hill Walker who survives. Mr. Walker loved his family dearly and would help anyone in their time of need. In his spare time, he enjoyed fixing things. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his brother Ernie Walker Jr. In addition to his mother, those left to cherish his memory include his sisters: Lisa Carter and Melinda Walker, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A service to celebrate his life will be held at a later date.
