Camden Skyler Childers, 21, died June 27, 2025 in Catawba County. He was born on July 28, 2003 and was the son of the late Eric Childers and Melissa Childers. He was preceded in death by his father, his infant sister Riley Childers, grandparents Mark Crabtree, Sam Childers, Betty Stallings, Peggy Crabtree, Rosa Moody, Lucian Moody and Grandpa Peach.
Camden was always a curious little boy and grew into a vivacious teen and young adult who loved cars, atvs, and motorcycles. He was always looking sharp in whatever he was driving. He loved fast vehicles and loved with his whole heart. He loved his family and would often "pop in" to hang out with them or to catch up. Cam dearly loved his brother Sawyer and his cousins. You could find him gaming or hanging with friends and tinkering with mustangs to modify them. He was a young adult just starting life and will be missed by all who loved him.
Those left behind to cherish Cam's memories are his mother Melissa Childers (Trent), younger brother Sawyer Childers, a special friend Lillianna "Lily" Leonard, grandparents; Brenda Moody (Kevin), Pam Pilgrim (Terry) and Grandma Peach. Aunts and Uncles; Ashley Martin (Jeff), Summer Childers (Bo), Justin Childers (Marti), Josh Childers (Kristen), Allen Childers (Jenny), Tara Hoffman, Tabitha McMahon and Crystal Crosby. His cousins Jayce, Ansley and Alexa (Mia). He had numerous extended cousins in which he loved as well.
