Obituary
Clayborne Leroy Bloomer, Jr., passed away on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at his home. He was born in Kingsport, TN, son of the late Clayborne Leroy Bloomer, Sr. and Lillie Mae Justice Bloomer. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Patsy Huggins. Mr. Bloomer was a U.S. Army Veteran.
Mr. Bloomer is survived by his wife, Carol Rabb Bloomer; his children, Clayborne Leroy Bloomer, III, John Walter Bloomer (Amanda), Shannon Bloomer Brooks (David), Stacie Bloomer Helms (Joe), Timothy Shane Bloomer (Monica), and Matthew Thomas Bloomer; his sister, Linda Rector; twelve grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
