Daniel "Bing" Platt, 84, passed away on Sunday, December 25, 2022, in his home. He was born in Allen County, Indiana, son of the late Daniel Clifford Platt and Olive Pearl Anspaugh Platt. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Frances Ruth Chaney Platt; and his daughters, Cheryl Sides, and Cara Moore.
Mr. Platt is survived by his children, Linda Harper (Steve), Leanna Tow (Travis), and Cindy Carver; his son-in-law Ronnie Sides, seven grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his constant companion and 'pride and joy', Peppy.
