Doris Ann Huffstetler Obituary

Doris Ann Huffstetler, 83, of Cramerton, died Saturday, May 22, 2021 at Caromont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia.  She was born in Gaston County to the late James Burgin Lawing, Sr. and Elva Lawing.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Ted Huffstetler.  Those left to cherish her memory include her son Scott Huffstetler and his wife Sherry and her daughter Amy Servian and her husband George; two grandchildren Karl and Jenna Servian; her sister Betsy Watts and her husband Ron; her brother Jim Lawing and his wife Kay; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.  Ann was a lifelong resident of Mount Holly and member of First United Methodist Church in Mount Holly.  She loved spending time with family.  She loved music, nature, gardening, and being outdoors.  The family will greet guests from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 27, 2021 at First United Methodist Church, 140 N. Main Street, Mount Holly.  A service to celebrate Ann's life will be held immediately following at 2:00 p.m., also at the church.  Interment will conclude at Hillcrest Gardens Cemetery, Mount Holly.  Arrangements are in the care of Woodlawn Funeral Home, Mount Holly.  Online condolences may be left at www.woodlawnfuneral.org.
