Obituary
Dorsey Chivous Randall, 93, of Alexis, went home to be with the Lord Thursday, July 28, 2022. He was born in Rutherford County to the late Dorsey Kelly Randall and Ollie Pearl Simmons Randall. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Bertie Randall. Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Jeanne Dennis and her husband David, Kelly Randall and his wife Julie, Mike Randall and his wife Debbie, and Chris Randall and his wife Stephanie; grandchildren, Amanda Jefferies, Justin Randall, Joey Randall, Benjamin Randall, Alex Randall, Maggie Randall, and Jackson Randall; six great grandchildren; as well as his niece, Cynthia Champion and her husband Linton. The family will greet guests from 2:00 until 3:00 p.m. Sunday, July 31, 2022 at Woodlawn Funeral Home in Mount Holly. A service to celebrate his life will be held immediately following at 3:00, also at the funeral home. A private family burial will be held Tuesday, August 2 at Forest Lawn West Cemetery in Charlotte.
