Earl Goodman Brown, Jr.

Earl Goodman Brown, Jr., 83, passed away on Wednesday, December 18, 2024. He was born in Cleveland County, NC, son of the late Earl Goodman Brown and Ola Foster Brown. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Roberta Wright Brown; and his siblings, William Brown, Calvin Brown, Martha Brown Hilbourn, Ruth Brown Bryant, and Janell Brown Auten.

Mr. Brown was a U.S. Air Force Veteran. He was co-owner of Brown's Heating & Air Conditioning, serving the Charlotte area for over 50 years. Mr. Brown was a member of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Mr. Brown is survived by his sons, Ryan Brown, Duane Brown, Jonathan Brown, and Darrell Brown (Shauna Collier); his grandchildren, Jonny Brown, Seth Brown, Hunter Brown, Ashley Davis, Sarah Brown, William Brown, and Rachel Brown; his brother, Jimmy Brown; and a number of nieces and nephews.
