Gary Dean (Sr.) Hilton

Gary Hilton Sr., 69, passed away on June 11, 2025, at CaroMont regional Medical Center in Gastonia, North Carolina surrounded by Family. Born on February 22, 1956, in Cowpens, South Carolina, Gary lived a life rooted in faith and family.

A devoted member of Revival Tabernacle of Stanley, North Carolina, Gary found strength and community through his church. His spiritual commitment was a guiding force throughout his life and a source of comfort to those who knew him.

Gary is remembered by his children: Gary Hilton Jr. (Jennifer), Jacob Hilton,Patience Hilton,and Matthew Hilton. He also leaves behind five cherished grandchildren: Brayden, Cameron, Faith, Elijah, and Grace. His niece Dana (Paul) Terry also mourns his passing with deep affection.

He was preceded in death by his Father Milford Hilton Sr. & Mother Nellie Hilton , as well as his brother Charlie Hilton and sisters Joann Saunders and Christine Hester.
Gary’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew him. May his legacy bring peace and comfort to all who mourn his loss.

 A visitation will be held on June 17,2025 from 1:00 to 3:00. The funeral will follow at 3:00 at Revival tabernacle Stanley NC with Pastor John Mayberry officiating.  Burial will follow at The Stanley Cemetery.
