Helen Martin

Helen Martin, 50, of Gastonia, passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2023 at her home. She was born in Gastonia to Addie Martin and the late Bill Martin. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a nephew, Jacob Thrasher. Those left to cherish her memory in addition to her mother Addie, are her children, Dallais and Isaiah Thrasher; her brother, Bill Martin and his wife Jo; her sister, Becky Martin; her nieces, Katy and Karen Thrasher; her nephew, Darrell Martin; and her great nieces, Kidenz, Taylor, Scarlette, Madison, Eleanor, and Mallory. The family will greet guests from 4:00 until 5:00 p.m. Friday, February 3, 2023 at Sharon Free Will Baptist Church, 410 Reese Street, Gastonia. A service to celebrate her life will be held immediately following at 5:00, also at the church.
