Janice Marie (Wease) Pitton

Janice Wease Pitton, age 59, passed away on Monday December 13, 2021.  She was born in Cleveland county, daughter of the late Clyde and Jewel Wease.  Janice will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who enjoyed cooking and spending time with her cats and dogs.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her Aunt and Uncle Roger and Florence Simpson, as well as her grandmother Estelle Griffin.  Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 40 years, Carlo Pitton, two sons: Stephen and Anthony Pitton, a granddaughter Lana Pitton, and a brother Donald Wease.  A service to celebrate Janice's life will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday December 20, 2021 in the Chapel of Woodlawn Funeral Home in Mount Holly.  The visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m. also at the funeral home.
