John David Flowers, Jr.

John David Flowers, Jr., 62, passed away on September 1, 2025. He was born in Catawba County, son of the late John David Flowers, Sr. and Freida Mae Fowler Smart. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Teresa Jordan Flowers.

Mr. Flowers is survived by his daughters, Danielle Steele (Nick) and Jessica Flowers; his grandchildren, Marlee McPerson, Emberley Pope, and Josie Steele; and his sisters, Lori Flowers and April Smart.

A service to celebrate the life of Mr. Flowers will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at the Woodlawn Chapel of Woodlawn Funeral Home, Mount Holly. Pastor Kevin Ford will officiate. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
