Joyce (Beal) Fraley

Joyce Delilah Beal Fraley, 92, passed away on Wednesday, February 11, 2026. She was born in Gaston County, daughter of the late Albert Robertus Beal and Laura Elizabeth Brooks Beal. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Lee Fraley; her sister, Martha Belk; her brother, Albert Beal, Jr., her son-in-law, Kenny Rumfelt, her sister-in-law, Virginia Beal; and her brother-in-law, Johnny Belk.

Mrs. Fraley is survived by her children, Barbara Rumfelt, Richard Fraley (Shirley), Tim Fraley (Tina), Terry Fraley (Joyce), and Scott Fraley (Beth); 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; a great-great grandchild; her sister, Doris Youngblood; and a number of nieces and nephews.

A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Fraley will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at Tuckaseege Baptist Church, Mount Holly, NC. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Gardens Cemetery, Mount Holly, NC. The family will greet guests from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Saturday at the church.
