Linda Baker Williams, 63, of Dallas, passed away on Tuesday, August 24, 2021, at 11:45 am, to dance into Heaven at High Noon, to meet her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She was born in Welch, WV, daughter of the late Edison and Omie Baker, Stepfather David Blakley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Hurl Baker and Michael Blakley; brother-in-law, Elbert Lunsford; Father-in-law, Jessie (Jr.); Step-mother-in-law, Jean Williams; and Mother-in-law Peggy Williams
Mrs. Williams is survived by her husband of 45 years, Tony Williams; Son, Eddie Williams; Daughter, Joni Morgan (Steve); Brothers and Sisters, Harvey Blakley (Pat), William Blakley, Yvonne Lunsford, Wanda Dahir (Dennis), and Judy Morris; Sister-in-Law, Tammy Williams (Arnold Wilkerson); Nieces and nephews; and honorable grandbabies.
A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Williams will be held on Saturday, September 11th at Revival Tabernacle Church, 212 S Highway 27, Stanley, NC 28164. The family will receive friends and family from 2 to 3 P.M. followed by the service at 3 P.M. Interment will conclude at Evergreen Cemetery in Belmont.
