Marilyn Monroe (Morgan) Robertson

Marilyn Monroe Morgan Robertson, 59, passed away on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at her home. She was born in Mecklenburg County, daughter of the late Forrest B.M. Morgan and Shirley Hedgepath Morgan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Daniel Joseph Brazell; and her grandparents, Clay Monroe Morgan and Eula Mae Morgan, and Leroy Hedgepath and Mozelle Ramsey Hedgepath.

Mrs. Robertson is survived by her husband, Norman Lee Robertson; her son, Steven Lee Morgan; her sister, Teresa Morgan Helms (Robby) and Denise Morgan Carpenter; and a number of nieces and nephews.

A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Robertson will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at McAdenville Wesleyan Church, 300 Wesleyan Dr., McAdenville, NC. The family will greet guests from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the church.
