Mattie (Clubb) Wyatt

Mattie Clubb Wyatt, 74, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, January 20, 2021. She was born in Chowchilla, CA, daughter of the late Robert and Virginia Ryan Clubb. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Dewey Wyatt, Sr.; her daughter, Wanda Seipel; her grandchildren, Skyler Wyatt and Garrett Luckadoo; and her nephew, Wayne Foy. Mrs. Wyatt was a member of Woodlawn Baptist Church of Lowell and the U.S. Marine Corps Women's Auxiliary. She had a love of all animals but especially enjoyed bird watching - her favorite, the peacock.

Mrs. Wyatt is survived by her children, Sandy Ginson Caudle, III and wife, Phyllis, William Robert Wyatt and wife, Melissa, William Wyatt, Jr. and wife, Kelly, and Wayne Douglas Wyatt, Sr.; her sister, Phyllis Foy; 19 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 3 great great-grandchildren; her niece, Windy Saleeby; her nephew, Wesley Foy; and her beloved dogs, Queenie and Raider.

A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Wyatt will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Wedneday, January 27, 2021 at the Woodlawn Chapel of Woodlawn Funeral Home, Mount Holly. Pastor Mitch Evans will officiate. Burial will follow at Sharon Memorial Park, Charlotte. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 26, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Woodlawn Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to a local animal rescue.
