Rhonda Renay Lingerfelt

Rhonda Renay Lingerfelt, age 53, of Charlotte, passed away on Tuesday, July 2nd, 2024. She was born in Charlotte on Friday, March 12, 1971, to Shirley Ann Oliver and the late Roger Dean Lingerfelt. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandmother, Emma Kirkley.

Rhonda was a graduate of Webb Street School in Gaston County. She will be remembered for her kind heart, infectious laugh, and unwavering love for her family and friends. She touched the lives of many with her generosity and warmth. In addition to her mother, those left to cherish her memory include her sister, Amanda Kay Stilwell (Richard); her nephews, Greg Smith, and Chris Smith (Pamela); her great-nieces, Hannah, Brooklyn, Emma, Elaina, and Alley; her great-nephews, Dominick and Andrew; and her fur baby, Susie.

A graveside service to celebrate Rhonda's life will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at Charlotte Memorial Gardens, located at 7632 Hood Rd., Charlotte, NC. The family will greet guests from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on the same day at Woodlawn Funeral Home, Mount Holly.
