Robert Dustin Michael, 28, passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 2020. He was born in Gaston County. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert and Cathy Moore, Reid and Rachel Michael, and Sam and Hettie Charles; and his uncle, Timothy Dale Michael.

Dustin is survived by his son, Carter Anderson Michael; his father, Robert Lee Michael; his mother, Sonya Cheshire Charles; his step-father, Johnny Anderson Charles, Sr.; his brothers, Brandon Lee Michael and Johnny Anderson Charles, Jr.; his aunts, Jackie Hicks (Allan), Jean Asbury, and Cindy Pope (Wayne); his uncles, Chris Cheshire, Darrell Cheshire (Shelly), Gene Cheshire (Angie), and Reid Michael, Jr. (Mary).
