Robert David Morgan, 67, passed away peacefully on June 20, 2022. He was born in Gaston County, son of the late Howard Junior "Tip" Morgan and Bertha Pace Morgan Currie, and was preceded in death by his wife Deborah Robinson Morgan. He was a graduate of East Gaston High School class of 1974, and had served in the United States Air Force. For the last 18 years, he resided at Woodlawn Haven Assisted Living in Mount Holly, where he was affectionately known as "007".

Survivors include a sister Judy Paxton and a brother Howard Dennis Morgan.

A memorial service will be held at a later date at Woodlawn Haven Assisted Living.
