Samantha Lynn Jones

Samantha Lynn Jones, 30, of Mount Holly, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, September 3, 2022. She was born in Gaston County. Samantha was preceded in death by her great grandparents, Thomas Curtis Broome, Jr. and Frances Jolynn Anthony Broome, as well as her great aunt, Sheri Broome. Those left to cherish Samantha's memory include her children Grayson and Eli Helms; her boyfriend, Stuart Helms; her mother, Gina Jones (Kavin); her grandmother, Tammy Barnes; her brother, Marty Jones; her uncles, John Warren and Doug Warren (Mandy); and her cousins, Alexis, Madison, John Michael, Curtis, and Easton Warren. The family will greet guests from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 11, 2022 at Woodlawn Funeral Home in Mount Holly. A service to celebrate her life will be held immediately following at 2:00, also at the funeral home. Interment will conclude at Hillcrest Gardens Cemetery in Mount Holly.
