Scott Davis

Charles Scott Davis, 56, passed away on Friday, September 25, 2020 at his home. He was born in Gaston county, son of Sarah Smith Davis and the late Charles Richard Davis. Scott was a life-long member of Spencer Mountain Baptist Church. Scott enjoyed the open road and spent many happy days on his motorcycle.

In addition to his mother, Scott is survived by his daughter, Brooke Davis Smith and her husband, Reid; his sister, Lori Hill and husband, Joe; his long-time companion, Bernadette Wolfe; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The Davis family would like to express their sincere gratitude to Gaston Hospice, especially Scott's caregivers, Heather, Sandy, Sharon, and Dora for their care of Scott and compassion to all of the family.

A graveside service to celebrate Scott's life will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at Hillcrest Gardens Cemetery, Mount Holly. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Gaston Hospice by visiting www.gastonhospice.org.
