Scotty Travis Poole

Scotty Travis Poole, age 54 passed away on Tuesday June 14, 2022.  He was born in Gaston County and was the son of the late Larry and Trudy Morgan Poole.  Scotty will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and Grandfather.  In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers: Rodney, and Derrick Poole; his maternal grandfather Clay Morgan, as well as his grandmothers: Eula and Eileen Morgan.  Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 35 years Sharon Poole; his children: Christa Poole (Michael Banks), and Scotty Poole II; two brothers: Larry Poole (Joyce), and Eric Poole (Melissa), as well as his three granddaughters Holley Banks, Gracelynn Sutton-Poole, and Jase Taylor, and one grandson Camden Taylor.  A service to celebrate his life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday June 19, 2022 in the Chapel of Woodlawn Funeral Home, Mount Holly.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Sunday  also at the Funeral Home.
