Sharon (Richards) Brewer

Sharon Richards Brewer, age 64, passed away on Saturday May 4, 2024 at her home.  She was born in Mecklenburg County and was the daughter of the late Annie Bell Richards and Zane Richards who survives.  She loved cats and loved her family dearly, especially her grandchildren.  In her earlier years she loved dirt track racing.  She was a dedicated homemaker who took great pride in taking care of her house.  

Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband of 45 years, Terry Brewer; her children: Amanda Brewer (Jason Walker), and Jennifer Brewer; her siblings; Gail Burch (Brian), and Darryl Richards, as well as her grandchildren: Jordan, Jaelyn, and Jaimey Pruitt.  

A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday May 18, 2024 at the Upper Room Church in Belmont with Rev. Mike Brewer officiating.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Saturday also at the Church.  Burial will be private.
