To know Shirley was to love her. She always had a way of making you smile with her witty sense of humor. Shirley worked in textiles for 20 years then became a business owner of several restaurants. After moving to Oak Island for several years, she was a property manager. Shirley was a simple, hard working woman who loved God and her family We will miss her in the days to come but are thankful for the promise to see her again. Until then, she will be the warm sun on our face, the gentle breeze against our skin, and the stars to light our path.
