Susan Marie (Stepp) Land

Susan Stepp Land, of Stanley, passed away at the age of 70, on Monday, August 16, 2021 at the Robin Johnson Hospice House in Dallas. She was born in Gaston County to the late Douglas and Joyce Helderman Stepp. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Roger Stepp. Those left to cherish her memory include her sons, Jason Land, and his wife Charlotte and James Land, and his wife Shannon; 2 grandchildren, Tyler and Colby Land; her great granddaughter, Taylor Land; her brother, Mark Stepp, and his wife Patricia; and her sister, Ginger Robinson, and her husband Robbie. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Paula Robb with Gaston Hospice for her compassion and care. The family will greet guests from 2:00 until 3:00 PM on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at Woodlawn Funeral Home in Mount Holly. A service to celebrate her life will be held immediately following at 3:00, also at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gaston Hospice at 258 E.
