Tamra (Ferrell) Wilson

Tamra Ferrell Wilson, age 71, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday May 5, 2025.  She was born in York County, SC, daughter of the late Bob Ferrell Sr., and Helen "Jo" Dove Ferrell.  

Tamra loved her entire family and will be missed dearly.  She was happiest when spending time with her family or playing cards and dice, or at the beach.  She was a true thrill seeker who loved sky diving, zip lining and any other activity that gave her an adrenaline rush.  She loved going to Church and developed many long-lasting friendships through Ladies groups she met through her Church.  She will be remembered for her contagious laugh and the love she had for her friends and family.  

Those left to cherish her memory include her children: Duke Taylor (Stacey Ruppe) and Anice Ingle (Ramon), her grandchildren: Jocelyn Taylor, and Skyler Ingle; her nieces: Ashley Ferrell and Jordyn Beaty, her siblings: Gil Ferrell (Dena Ferrell), and Lynn Beaty (Keith), as well as her cousins: Nanette Dove, and David Dove.  

A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday May 10, 2025 at Woodlawn Funeral Home in Mount Holly.  The family will receive friends from 12:00 P.M. until 1:00 P.M. on Saturday also at the Funeral Home.  

The family requests that all in attendance not wear black and instead wear Tamra's favorite color blue.
