William Lee Stone, 66, died peacefully on August 24, 2022 at the Green's of Gastonia (formerly Brian Center). Lee was preceded in death by his parents George Washington Stone, Jr. and Lois Hagans Stone, and his wife Patricia Henderson Stone. He was a retired welder, and was a graduate of East Gaston Class of 1975. Survivors include 4 children Nicki, Amy, Laura, and Mary, 4 sisters Jean, Martha, Susan, and Marcella, and 3 grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at at later date.
