Willis Mungo Obituary

Willis "Allen" Mungo, 60, passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2022, at his home. He was born in Mecklenburg County, son of the late Boyd and Leona Wright Mungo. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Kimber Wilmoth. Mr. Mungo was an avid fisherman and loved the beach.

Mr. Mungo is survived by his wife, Sherry Brooks Mungo; his daughters, Stephanie Brooks (Brandon Robinson) and Ashley Jenkins; his grandchildren, Amaya Morrison, Breanna Thompson, Makayla Thompson, Hayden Wilmoth, Paisley Robinson; and Scarlett Jenkins; his brother, Randy Mungo; and long-time friend, Sandy Cooke.
