Barbara Jean (Lutz) Radford

Barbara Jean Lutz Radford, age 85 passed away on Thursday October 4th at Alexandria Place in Gastonia. 
She was a devout Christian and devoted mother who loved her family.  Those left to cherish her memory include her son Dwight Radford and his wife Anna; Her lifelong special friend Honey Hubbard; Two step-children Jimmy Radford and his wife Linda, and Evon Carballo  and husband Dan, and three step-grandchildren Jeff, Sean, and Andrea Radford as well as a great grandson Kaleb Radford.  The family would like to send a special thanks to the compassionate staff at Alexandria Place for their love and care.  
A service to celebrate her life will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday October 7 in the chapel of Woodlawn Funeral Home, Mount Holly.  The family will receive friends beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday also at the funeral home.  Memorials may be made to the Independent Baptist Tabernacle, 2128 Dallas-Cherryville Highway, Dallas, NC 28034.  Woodlawn Funeral Home of Mount Holly is serving the Radford family.
