Phyllis Campbell Obituary

Phyllis Ann May Campbell, 69, passed away on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at home. She was born in Covington, VA, daughter of the late Arlon Pentz and Virginia Lee Shephard May. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Levi May.

Mrs. Campbell is survived by her husband, James Harold Campbell; step-daughters, Tina Huffstetler and husband, Tracy of Belmont, and Tammy Thompson and husband, Drew of Clover, SC; her sister, Hazel Merrix; three brothers, Charles, Leslie and Donald May; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

A graveside service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Campbell will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at Evergreen Cemetery, Belmont. Condolence messages may be sent to the family by visiting www.woodlawnfuneral.org. Woodlawn Funeral Home of Mount Holly is serving the family.
