Betty Sue (Jones) Tatum

Betty Sue Jones Tatum, 90, of Stanley, died Friday, October 12 at her home.  She was born in Memphis, Tennessee, daughter of the late Sophia Mai and William Parnell Jones.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Floyd Oliver Tatum, Sr.  Those left to cherish her memory include her children William Oliver Tatum (Donna), Sherry Pearson (Ron), and Floyd Tatum, Jr. (Deborah); eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.  A service to celebrate her life will be held 1:00 pm Monday, October 15 in the chapel of Woodlawn Funeral Home, Mount Holly.  The family will receive friends for 30 minutes prior to the service at the funeral home.  Interment will follow the service at Hillcrest Gardens Cemetery, Mount Holly.
