Bruce Edward Boyce

Bruce Edward Boyce, 70, of Alexis, passed away on Thursday, April 14, 2022. He was born in Suffolk, New York to the late John and Theresa Boyce. Bruce had a 40 year career in food service and retired from Carolina Forest Elementary School where he absolutely loved his coworkers and all of the children there. He will be remembered as a hardworking, model husband who loved his family with all of his heart. He was always happy, joking, and pulling pranks. Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Denise, of 34 years; his stepdaughter Christy FIsher, and her husband Tim; and granddaughter, Chelsea; as well as his brothers, John and Wayne Boyce, and Robert Harney. A gathering of friend and family to celebrate Bruce's life will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Saturday, April 23, 2022 at Woodlawn Funeral Home in Mount Holly.
