Carolyn (Huffstickler) Johnson

Carolyn Huffstickler Johnson, 78, of Belmont, passed away at home on Monday, February 5, 2024. She was born in Gaston County to the late Albert Andrew Huffstickler and Mary Alice Bridges Huffstickler. Those left to cherish Carolyn's memory include her husband Rick; children, Tracy Bess and her husband Mike, Candy Carter and her husband Kenny, Donna Jenkins, Christy Shepard and her husband Pat, and Shay Johnson and his wife Jessica; a sister, Sharon Miller and her husband David; a brother, Terry Huffstickler and his wife Hilda; grandchildren, Erin, Chase, Taylor, Casey, Mary, Aleshia, Katie, Lexi, Remmington, and Macie; eight great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. A service to celebrate Carolyn's life will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 10, 2024 at Alexander Memorial Baptist Church, Belmont.
