Darren Love Stowe

Darren Love Stowe, 53, of Belmont, died Friday, December 28, 2018 at Accordious Health in Gastonia.  He was born in Mecklenburg County, son of the late Gatha B. Stowe and Gene Baxter Stowe.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter Casey Renee Stowe.  Those left to cherish his memory include his wife Lisa Carpenter Stowe; son Joshua Love Stowe; daughter Sydnee Christina Stowe; and a brother Gene Baxter Stowe, Jr.  A service to celebrate his life will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, December 31, 2018 in the Woodlawn Chapel of Woodlawn Funeral Home, Mount Holly.  The family will greet guests for one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  Interment will follow the service at Evergreen Cemetery, Belmont.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association at http://www.diabetes.org/.
