Freddy Melvin Willocks

Freddy Willocks, age 84, passed away on Monday March 11, 2024 at Caromont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia.  He was born in Gaston County and was the son of the late Charles and Mae Keller Willocks.  He was a U.S. Army veteran, and in his spare time enjoyed his 1965 Ford Mustang, and working in his yard.  In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers: Eugene, Jerry, and Eddie Willocks, as well as his sister Nora Anthony.  He is survived by his sister Peggy Willocks Ballew.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday March 15, 2024 at Woodlawn Funeral Home in Mount Holly.  Entombment will be private.
