Joan (Gray) Hensley

Jean Marie Gray Hensley, 78, of Dallas, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 3, 2019 at Alexandria Place in Gastonia.  She was born in Jefferson County, Tennessee, daughter of the late Lonnie B. Gray and Frances Garner Gray.  Those left to cherish her memory include her husband Dale Hensley; a sister Barbara McCombs; and a sister-in-law Lillian Lynch.  A service to celebrate her life will be held at noon on Monday, October 7 in the Woodlawn Chapel of Woodlawn Funeral Home in Mount Holly.  The family will greet guests from 11:00 until noon prior to the service at the funeral home.  Interment will follow the service at Forest Lawn West Cemetery in Charlotte.
